Patricia Blair, Ph.D., LLM. JD, MSN, CNE, CCHP-RN, CCHP-A is a founding member of ACNA, an Associate Professor of Nursing at UTMB and the recently elected chairperson of the National Commission of Correctional Health Care Board of Representatives. Her roots in correctional healthcare run deep and she is a strong advocate of correctional nurses.
