Now available: Our first On Demand CE accredited webinar!!

Thanks to Nursing Network’s On Demand learning management platform, ACNA is now able to offer educational activities that offer continuing education credit that is available to our active members every day and at any time.  This feature is available on our website using the On Demand Webinars tab.  Simply click on the tab and then follow the directions contained in the activity tab.  All of the required aspects of the educational activity are found in the tab – the content description, the recorded presentation, the evaluation and a posttest. When participants complete each of the required segments, a certificate of completion will be automatically generated and sent to the participant’s email address.

Our first educational activity is the recently conducted webinar “What does the Scope and Standards of Correctional Nursing Practice mean to Me”.  This presentation is approved by the Florida Board of Nursing for 1 contact hour of continuing education credit*.  However, there is more to come – ACNA intends to repeat this process for all the webinars that we will offer this year.

And, of course, the best news is that these activities are available to our active members for FREE – yet another good reason to be a member of ACNA!
