VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR A RESEARCH STUDY
Correctional Registered Nurses’ Job Satisfaction
Are you a registered nurse who has worked 90 days or more at your current facility? I am conducting a research study about how you experience job satisfaction in a controlled environment. The purpose of this study is to understand how job satisfaction is interpreted by correctional registered nurses. I am interested in how you experience job satisfaction and would like to hear from you. Your participation will include a private, virtual interview over Zoom or Skype. You will be asked questions regarding your experiences including barriers or challenges you may have faced. The interview will last approximately 30 to 45 minutes and will be audio recorded. I am a retired registered nurse who spent twenty years in the military and fifteen years working in correctional facilities in Virginia, and I also worked in a correctional prison hospital in Georgia. This is an independent study.
Please contact me by phone or email. I will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
