BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking an experienced a Behavioral Health Charge RN to join our outstanding and compassionate team at Northside Behavioral Health in Tampa!

• Facility: Northside Behavioral Health
• Location: Tampa, FL
• Status: Full-Time, Exempt: No
• Shift Hours: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
• Shift: Nights
• Weekend Work: Every Other
• On Call: No
  
  

The Charge Nurse is proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective managerial skills.

The Charge Nurse Is Responsible For:

• Acting as a professional role model for other members of the nursing team.
• Developing self and team members and sharing organizational information.

Required

Certifications and Licensures:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RN (Registered Nurse)
• Nurse Specialty - preferred
  
  

Education:

• Bachelor's in Nursing -
  
  

Required

or approved psych certification obtained within 7 months of hire.

Experience:

• 2 year RN in an Acute Care Setting
• 1 year of leadership experience -
